#### API and External Comms updates plus bug fix

**Enhancement:**

- Ext Comms: Command interval now applied to end of final command
- API: Added 3 new endpoints to the public API for Dynamic Data. You can now retrieve all Dynamic Data sources. You can also send a refresh command to a dynamic data source to update its source. Details are available at [https://api.embedsignage.com/docs](https://api.embedsignage.com/docs). Dynamic Data endpoints are also available under the reseller endpoints to access sub accounts.
- API: RoomStream is now fully supported via device retrieval API

**Bug Fixes:**

- Fixed issue with playlists altering names of existing layouts in some unique cases
